These terms govern your use of www.bitovn.com (the “Site”), run by VAYUZ Technologies Pvt Ltd (“VAYUZ”, “we”, “us”) for its Bitovn product suite. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Bitovn products and services we deliver to clients are governed by the separate written agreement for that work.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• break any law or anyone’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access, probe for weaknesses, or disrupt the Site;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means without our written consent;
• upload malware, spam or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
• misuse our contact form.

3. Information you send us

Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. We handle it under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information through the Site unless we have a confidentiality agreement with you.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, logos, trademarks (including Bitovn and VAYUZ) and code belong to VAYUZ or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to and uses third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. Product features, case studies and figures describe past work or current plans and may change. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the Site is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VAYUZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to compensate VAYUZ for claims and losses caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Suspension

We may restrict or end your access to the Site if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
